Who may be assessed?

Suitability depends on the cause of the under-eye appearance, skin quality, swelling tendency, lower-eyelid anatomy and midface support. Some patients may be better suited to other approaches.

Why is conservative planning important?

The under-eye area can be prone to persistent swelling or visible product. Small, anatomy-led corrections may be preferable to attempting complete correction in one session.
